"A Taste of AfriKin" offers a unique experience highlighting the rich diversity of African cuisine and its global influence. Join us for an evening of flavors from Africa the Caribbean and the African American community celebrating our culinary heritage and its impact on the world.

"A Taste of AfriKin" is a comprehensive sensory experience that showcases the vibrant culinary talent within the Black community. The event brings together the best of African Caribbean and African American cooking featuring dishes from countries such as Senegal Ghana Nigeria Liberia Ivory Coast Eritrea and Ethiopia as well as from various Caribbean nations including Barbados Trinidad Bahamas Jamaica Haiti along with soul food from the United States and more.

Highlights:

- Culinary Exhibition: A diverse array of traditional and fusion African dishes with a renowned Jollof rice competition.

- Expert Talks: Engaging insights from history sociology and cultural studies professionals.
