The event brings together the best of African Caribbean and African American cooking featuring dishes from countries such as Senegal Ghana Nigeria Liberia Ivory Coast Eritrea and Ethiopia as well as from various Caribbean nations including Barbados Trinidad Bahamas Jamaica Haiti along with soul food from the United States and more.
