About Summer Cuts

Showcasing some of Bristol’s most loved and celebrated DJs and live acts, each Cut features free daytime live music on the riverside with local street food offerings. Rounding off each night is an electrifying headline gig in Arnolfini’s Auditorium.

About Young Echo

Young Echo Sound is an eleven-strong collective of boundary pushing producers, vocalists and sonic provocateurs, whose incursions into dub, bass, drone, grime, noise and techno have sent a fresh charge through the UK musical souterrain resonating deep from their basecamp of Bristol.

As their number has slowly grown since 2010, their output has stayed on the same singular path: shifting between live radio transmissions, collective and solo 12” releases, essential club nights and their legendary festival takeovers, the Young Echo Sound moves with high stealth, eluding the obvious grid points of electronic music.
