A PLACE OUT WEST is the first solo show of Martha Beaumont and features limited edition photographic prints, presented at Delahunty Fine Art in Mayfair from 8-12 December 2015.
Beaumont builds elaborate installations, which include elements painted by hand to set the scene of wide open plains of Texas cattle country.
But this is cattle country transformed by art - and Beaumont is referencing the distilled Americana of Donald Judd and other contemporary artists in Marfa, Texas in the 1970s.
The prints are in editions limited to five, have a vintage, grainy quality, and come in large or medium size.
