Josef Marek - Fusion Art's 3-Dimensional "Artist Spotlight" Winner for December 2017

Fusion Art is pleased to announce that Josef Marek has been awarded an Artist Spotlight Solo Art Exhibition on its website. The Artist Spotlight Solo Art Exhibition Series highlights individual artists of exceptional talent and skill who have an overall body of work to showcase. 

Josef is the 3-Dimensional Artist Spotlight winner for the month of December 2017. He is a sculptor based in the Czech Republic/Cyprus. Josef's work involves remelting glass in moulds, cutting, polishing and often combining glass with stone and other natural materials, such as basalt, stainless steel and copper. He also experiments with other glass techniques such as structural etching, glue-chipping or tarnishing.

Each month, Fusion Art selects one traditional, one digital & photography, and one 3-dimensional artist (if the gallery has received 3-dimensional entries) for month-long online solo art exhibitions. The gallery created this solo art exhibition opportunity as a means for emerging, mid-level and, even, professional artists to gain more worldwide online exposure.
