Sister Exister makes quirky story songs about butter, chickens, and the meaning of life (which has a lot to do with butter).
Michael James Tapscott is a San Francisco Bay Area based musician and songwriter. Since 2004 he has been recording and performing under the names Odawas; More Animals of the Arctic; Royal Geography Society; China the band; Pacific Walker and his own name.
Bernie Jungle's latest album Greatest Hits is a collection of songs that are autobiographical and fictitious, whimsical and hopefully memorable.
Infromaton formed when the four old friends and members of the Bay Area's Little My got together again in 2016 to play music for the first time as a combo since the late 1990s. They had been planning on relearning their old material and playing a few shows; instead they decided to write and record a whole new set of songs.
Nathaniel Parsons, a member of the band, decided that it made no sense to continue working under their old name, and Infromaton was born anew. The band name Infromaton was inadvertently created by spell check!
The band's eight song vinyl release Zittle Muy will be available at the event.
