The Mendocino Coast Furnituremakers are presenting a gift show at Partner’s Gallery featuring locally made hand crafted holiday gifts.

There is an assortment of wooden toys for children including animals, vehicles of many sizes and shapes, and small houses.

For grown-ups on your list, choose between elegant boxes, mini tansu chests, large and small turned objects, tables, and wooden bound handmade journals.

These pieces are assembled from a variety of beautiful woods, including walnut, redwood, fir, Alaskan yellow cedar, Swiss pear, bubinga, and more.

Participants include Kerry Marshall, Paul Reiber, Les Cizek, Lee Baker, Josh Smith, Henry Hewitt, Michael Carroll, Joe Amaral, Scott Jares, Hans Bruhner, Judy Tarbell, and Michael Burns.

Founded in 1997, the Mendocino Coast Furnituremakers is dedicated to the preservation and evolution of the fine art of furniture making.  They specialize in custom designed, one-of-a-kind pieces in both traditional and contemporary styles.  The finest materials and proven hand techniques are used.

For 17 years Partners Gallery in Fort Bragg has been a destination for contemporary art on the Northern California coast.  The gallery is owned and managed by its 12 artists. Shows mounted monthly include one-person shows, invitationals, community and juried shows.
